Admin 219 Quality Assurance Director Quality Assurance •      Master Degree or PhD in related field•      5 years’ experience in higher education administration with direct experience in leading quality assurance and institutional effectiveness activities.

•      Risk and audit experience is strongly preferred.

•      Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, verbal and written

•      Excellent planning and organizational skills including ensuring reporting deadlines are met

•      Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills

•      Ability to work with staff at all levels of the College and its collaborative partners

•      Team-working and team management

Admin 319 Deanship office Manager Dean Office ·         BA or Master Degree in Business Administration or related field·         Scheduling meetings and keeping meetings on task through use of time management skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, administrative staff and students;

·         Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person);

·         Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work;

·         customer service skills to provide office visitors with a positive experience

·         Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information

Admin 419 Internal Auditor Finance ·         Bachelor in Finance/Accounting·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in auditing

·         Professional certificate in auditing

·         Strong interpersonal skills.

·         Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards and techniques.

·         Maintains an up to date knowledge of current computer applications available for efficient audits.

·         Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.

·         Computer literacy and familiarity with software related to internal auditing.

·         Independent judgment

·         Report writing

Admin 519 Alumni & Students Career Services specialist Dean Office ·         Bachelor degree in Public Relations or related filed·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field

·         Dedicated to providing exceptional service to the students, alumni and external stakeholders.

·         The person must have writing and oral communication skills, and a passion for the job.

·         Well-organized and self-motivated

·         Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

·         Good interpersonal skills.

·         Creativity.

·         IT Skills including Microsoft Office packages.

·         Writing reports.
