7	Lecturer, Accounting & Finance – Department of Business & Accounting	Master’s and PhD Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Commerce.	3 years of teaching experience in College/University level
8	Lecturer, Operations Management & Business Statistics – Department of Business & Accounting	Master, yet preferably PhD	4 years of teaching experience in College/University level
9	Lecturer, Department of Built Environment Engineering	Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or in Civil Engineering. - Master Degree in Quantity Surveying , Construction Management or Civil Engineering	·    Conversant with professional software like Primavera, MS project, Auto CAD and computerized production of Bill of Quantities.  - 3 years of teaching experience in College/University level and experience in teaching Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management
10	Building Construction Controller	Bachelor in Civil Engineering & Attended Courses in Health and Safety	Minimum experience of two years
