The Human Resource Department


The Administration and Human Resource Department (Admin & HR) is responsible for staff development functions such as induction, planning, training, promotion, performance appraisal, grievances, transfer, recruitment, renewal, job related notices and warnings, and liaison with external bodies on employment related issues. Thee department is also responsible for maintaining the documents regarding the compensation and post- employment benefits off staff members. The health, safety and security tasks, services and facilities management are also come under the preview of Admin & HR department.
