The Assistant Dean for Administration and Finance is reporting to the Dean and is to assist the Dean in running all aspects of administrative and financial areas of the College.
Responsibilities of Assistant Dean for Administration and Finance
Supervision and coordination of administrative and financial affairs of the college pertaining finance, human resources and administration, student affairs, marketing and public relations, and library.
Member of the College Board
Member of the College Executive Committee
Vice Chair of the College IT Committee
Vice Chair of the Central Management and Budget Committee
Vice Chair of the Central Appointment and Staff Development Committee
Chair of the Interview Committee for the appointment of non-senior administrative staff
Supervision of budget management
Supervision of annual plans, events and schedule for student’s societies, councils and activities.
Supervision of procedures and policies related to acquisition of library resources in consultation with the Assistant Dean for Academics.
Supervision of strategic plans for the administrative and financial departments
Supervision of procedures for administrative staff development and appraisal, promotion
and performance evaluation and recognition
